DD is totally addicted to her binky. I leave several in her bed at night b/c she usually knocks some of them out when she is sleeping. I often find her in the morning with one in her mouth, and holding one in each of her hands. I didn't want to have to use them at all, but we ended up breaking down. Wagon Jr. loved them until he found his fingers, then he dropped sucking on those on his own around 2 years old. LMW doesn't suck on anything to soothe herself, so things were ROUGH until she took to her lovey last month. Even now she still shakes her head and scratches her ears when she's really tired. He would spit them out within seconds the first 6 months of his life, but now he almost always has one in his mouth.
