She'll ask for a bandage even if it's a tiny spec of an already tried up scab. Once I put on a bandage, she usually asks for another one because she wants the surrounding area covered. She will fall and we ask if she is okay and she will either say I'm okay, brush herself off and resume her activity. OR she will say I'm not okay, and we proceed to hug and tell her its okay. DH is artistic so we got her to stop bugging for the pricy princess band aids and now he draws fairies and what not on her Bandaids. Poor kid obsessively kisses her boo boos and then does a sad "mama! Boo boo!" over and over. It's the saddest thing ever! He tells me how he got each one, and if it's fresh he will usually tell me how much it hurts.</p> <p>My daughter is 3 1/2 and likes to talk about her booboos too. Her one saving grace is that she also asks me to kiss her booboos. After I do, she says that it's all better. If it still hurts after a booboo kiss, then it's usually a pretty serious injury!</p> <p>Do your LOs make a big deal out of their booboos? </p>
