If there's a grandma around I never change a diaper because they do it for me. My dad will change a diaper if I really need him to or if he's alone with her. My FIL hasn't and likely won't change any diapers. I can't believe she let your LO sit in a dirty diaper for so long. My dad changed quite a few cloth diapers (backwards even) when my LO was a baby. My mom hasn't changed any. My in-laws tend to forget to change diapers unless they smell poop.
