@ChasingARainbow: I felt nothing til 6 weeks. From weeks 6-10 weeks only nausea and slight fatigue. I feel like the internet makes us feel like we should have all these weird symptoms and if we don't we're abnormal. Silly.
And my symptoms absolutely came and went. Two days of nausea, two days of feeling 100% not pregnant! My OB said that was totally normal.

I never really had any symptoms except for a giant kicking baby and swelling at the end.
I was never really nauseous, no tenderness, no cramping.

@Eko: I'm just crazy! I Had Cramps For A Few Days and it was terrifying. Then the cramps stopped and I was still terrified thinking something must be wrong. I might just be this way until I'm holding this precious baby in my arms.

The only symptoms I really had was back pain and sore boobs, but the pain could have been worse. My symptoms definitely came and went frequently. I never had any morning sickness but sometimes loss of appetite. I almost wanted more symptoms for reassurance but happy now that I didnt.

@ChasingARainbow: In my first pregnancy they came and went until about 8wks, when they settled in for the long haul. Same with this one, but they started a little earlier (like 6.5-7wks). With my first the nausea and food aversions never really let up (though the exhaustion lifted early in the second trimester), and this time the morning sickness and brain fog cleared around 12-13wks. My boobs never hurt the first time, and this time they've been off and on sore pretty much since I got my BFP...

@Keybee: thank you. I'm really trying. Sometimes my fear gets the best of me. I actually think I'd feel better if I threw up once a day or had breast that feel like they got hit by a truck. Just to ease my mind. I need to feel pregnant to feel good. Silly me.

It was one of the first things my doctor told me. Don't freak out if your boobs aren't as sore one day, you don't have morning sickness, etc.

Yes, early on I felt just dandy, then at 5.5 weeks I started getting sick, then sicker, and that varried for a few months and I found a nice balance.
Pregnancy after loss can be scary. Just try your best to find peace and get lots of rest. Sending good thoughts!

Nope. Not at all. My current pregnancy was unplanned and I was sick to my stomach for the first couple days after I got my BFP but I think it was just from the surprise/excitement because then I felt fine again until 6 weeks when symptoms really ramped up.

Definitely not too soon to be symptom free. Most people don't have symptoms start until closer to 6/7 weeks. So feeling totally normal at 4 weeks is pretty typical.

I had a lot of symptoms during my tww that carried on into my bfp on @10dpo. I'm currently 15dpo. I've felt horrible everyday, but today hardly anything. Just the slightest symptoms. I just assumed that I'd feel bad through the first 12 weeks. I feel like it's too soon to be pretty much symptom free. Right?

I'm only 4 weeks today, but I don't feel as bad today as I did the past few days. Even my breast don't hurt alot. Just a little sore. A little tired and nausea one time this morning. That's about it today. Is it normal for symptoms to change in intensity from day to day? How long did your symptoms last?
