I think the tools they use get under the gums, which might be hard if you use regular floss. So when I had my teeth cleaned today, there was some bleeding in that area and then my hygienist did a demonstration to show me how to floss. Never a good sign, facepalm.</p> <p>Do your gums bleed when you get a cleaning? </p>
