I've had two prenatal appts (including ultrasounds) during her winter break, and she just comes with me and sits in the corner. Doctors are super nice and make her feel special. As long as I wasn't having an US, it worked pretty well, but my doctor has a policy against bringing LOs to US without another adult. While I got blood taken DH chased him around. I said "do you remember I usually do this alone?" My 2 year old came to almost every appointment with me. If I needed her still is strap her in the stroller by she was good with a snack and video. She even ignored a pelvic exam. </p> <p>I had Dh come for the ultrasounds and wrangle her. (My hUsband put them down for a nap before he left for work.) My perinatologist worked a limited schedule so I had to bring both girls with me for 3 or 4 appointments. Luckily she's really behaved but I'm hoping I can schedule the rest of my prenatal appts during her preschool hours - I don't want to get a pelvic exam in front of her!! </p>
