My sister on the other hand is the opposite, she has AWFUL teeth and just got done with round 1 (of 2) of getting MULTIPLE cavities filled... To the point I needed an extraction for some of them because the cavity got so bad that it cracked my tooth in half! Up until the end of college, I had one cavity ever, but when I graduated and went to the dentist he found several. The PH in my mouth apparently makes me extra prone to cavities or something, but to be perfectly fair, I probably had bad dental hygiene in college anyway-- going to bed after drinking and not brushing my teeth, never flossing. So I can't blame the water! I also remember the dentist doing flouride treatments when we were little, like bubble gum flavored goop that you had to sit with in your mouth for a few minutes? None of my siblings nor I have cavities (there are 6 of us). I think it's genetics mostly. We just have strong teeth. We also all chew ice.
