My daughter is pretty easy going and doesn't need to be attached to my boob all day. I'm having the sitter come just 3 hours per day for the first 2-3 weeks so everyone can get used to one another and then move up to 4 hours when she is ready (and then start doing maybe 6 hours per day in a few months). I'm about to start WAH and have hired a morning sitter for my 4 month old (DS is in daycare). I WAH with no help when DS was a baby/toddler and it was very challenging. How did you find this person, and how did you find the experience?</p> <p>There are a lot of uncertainties with my next (Canadian) mat leave, but i am contemplating working several hours a week to help get through a major project. DD would still be in daycare, but i want to make sure that i can actually commit to doing some work and thought having a helper would be nice.</p> <p>Any thoughts? Experiences to share? Advice? </p>
