I use lots of button down shirts or henleys that I can unbutton far enough to nurse. I have 4 nursing tank tops from target that I'm contstantly wearing. I have a few nursing "tops" from Old Navy that are really just tank tops that are a little more loose that I like to wear to bed. Otherwise, I just do the lift the shirt move. I will say, however, that I have two nursing tops from the Gap that have come in super-handy for situations where I know there will be lots of public nursing sessions (e.g. flying with my LO). I love the Tamis from Old Navy and the Liz Lange maternity tanks from Target... I think the Liz Lange are better at not getting stretched out but both tend to keep their shape really well. I'm not a fan of the tank under &amp; pulling up the outer shirt... it takes more time &amp; I just don't prefer it. I have managed to get a couple dress that I can nurse in, one was even a more formal cocktail dress I wore to my SIL wedding! It took over 10 stores to find it though! I hear it's hard to wear a dress unless it is specifically designed for BFing (since you pretty much have to get naked to access the good then!) but what about regular tops. Helpful or annoying? </p>
