But, he doesn't nap at all.</p> <p>The baby (10m) is almost always up by 6:30, but it is often 6. He still wakes up at night to nurse, usually around 3 or 3:30. So, if she goes to bed at 9:30pm she sleeps until 9:30am. She used to wake up at about 7:30am no matter what. </p> <p>Since we've had family visiting off and on, we've let her stay up later and thankfully we are able to sleep later too. It's been nice! We got him a red light clock thing, but he's still not waking up to use the bathroom at night, and I totally understand him not wanting ot sit in a dirty diaper. If we're lucky he'll wake up the first time at 5-5:30, one of us can change him and coax him back to bed until 6:45-7. </p> <p>Fortunately for my sleep, my mom lives with us, and is an early bird.
