Apparently, the complaints went away when they switched their kiddo back to RF. We finally figured out that the padding wasn't completely flat, so he was a little crunched down. We drive a lot because our family is 2-7 hours away, and recently even on short trips she says her back hurts from the seat. I've adjusted it can't find any place that might be poking her, anyone else experience this? </p>
