Sometimes I will bring a few things of bubbles or sidewalk chalk for the kids to play with and someone always has a soccer ball in their car, which will keep both the kids and the adults in our group entertained. There will be a handful of kids ranging from 5-15 and 10-15 adults. We are having it at our neighborhood community room and will have appetizers, cake, drinks, and sugar cookie favors. There is a playground onsite. </p> <p>The party will be two hours. Do we need to have a planned activity of some kind? It's not a children's party where we need to entertain a large group of one year olds, it's more just a family get together. I envisioned everyone just kind of hanging out, eating, drinking but I'm not sure if that will get boring. </p>
