@looch: no:( I thought they were when we bought the couch (or didn't think to check, rather). When the couch was delivered, I was like..."yippie. this should be fun with kids".

Are the pillows removable? If so, you can do a regular slip cover for the sofas and then do the pillows, maybe in a pillow case or something?

@CupQuakeWalk: I'd say you should definitely give it a shot, especially if it's returnable - you'll probably need to smash your backrest pillows a bit to get it on, but it just might work!

@raspberries: I am so not crafty:) But, do you think I could go out and get a normal slipcover and put it over the pillows to see if it'll look lumpy or not? I could always return it. Like a slipcover like this?

If you're crafty, you could probably alter an existing slipcover to make something nice - like, disconnect the backrest pillows, put a fitted slipcover on the couch, then cover the backrest pillows in a matching fabric and attach them to the couch slipcover with buttons, so they'll still be held in place, but can be disconnected to wash them?

Orrr you could go with something big and lumpy, like this, and just remove it when company comes over?

@swedishfish: I think the same unfortunately. I am just hoping someone genius out there has made something that works. :goodluck:

We have those couches in mocha. I'm not sure if they make slip covers for a pillow back couch. I can't imagine it looking very nice but I have a hard time imagining design ideas. :silly:

We have a couch w/ attached pillows (4) and 2 cushions. LO has managed to draw on it with pen and I can't get it out. Of course, the cover is attached so I can't wash it. I'd like to slipcover it so it'll cover the pen plus it'll give it a flesh that I can actually throw in the washer.

Any idea where I can find a slipcover for a couch like mine?
*this is a picture of what it kind of looks like (not mine exactly).
