My acupuncturist says she tries to move up cycles to be as close to 28 days as possible (that would also likely move up O day).</p> <p>One thing I noticed is that my O day has been the same for the past two months. It shortened my cycles from 32 days to 28 days. Along with some herbal supplements. (My naturopathic doctor also does acupuncture.). Acupuncture can encourage the blood flow to your ovaries and pelvis. This is a very random question. I received acupuncture for back pain after a car accident. I went for acupuncture on CD7 and ovulated on CD10. Usually I ovulate on day 13 or 14 every cycle. Thoughts ???? </p>
