It's so nice. Only one sister ever causes drama and it's mostly resolved. She has issues with not feeling involved or included in family stuff, but she's a state away so most she can't make it to anyway, and there was some jealousy issues. But we are just really intentional about good communication and being intentional and it makes things easier, some people are just more easily offended so it pays to be cognoscent of that even if it means apologizing when it may not necessarily be your fault. </p> <p>We've had a lot less drama now that we're older and have been proactive about being friends. She's either sociopathic or a pathological liar or both (as an example, she told my aunt she was "investing" in my parents' rental property and took at least $10K from her, despite having nothing to do with my parents' rental property. My aunt is a missionary with 3 kids.) But now that my brother has a son, he finally told her off - had his wife take his son out of the house to get him out of the "toxic environment", then told Grandma that nothing obligates him to have his family around her, and he will not tolerate her vile behavior. Usually at my family meals we don't have drama.... because my aunt refuses to come to the meal which is drama in itself. Hoping this trend doesn't continue as we get older! </p>
