LO went through this phase and it felt like such a long phase! She's 2.5 now and doesn't do it anymore but I remember when she did. For instance, if we are driving and see a cactus she says "cactus! Cactus! Cactus!" until I say "yes there's cactus over there". I love her talking but it can get a bit annoying to repeat everything back :-) </p>
