My insurance is sending a hospital grade tomorrow. It's very cheap compared to say, the Medela. Both LC's I worked with couldn't believe how crappy it was. The motor started dying after about 8 months of solid use and customer service replaced it for free within 24 hours! I will say that the battery life is a joke, though.
