I feel like I'm going to burst after going 8 hours with no feedings but with no leak. Thinking about the baby, running around, jumping around. And let-down meant free flowing milk for at least a couple of seconds. I never leaked. The only time I may leak now is when she sleeps for 10 hours straight...and I don't leak every time either. So no nursing pads for me. I don't think that means I have a low supply...I am able to pump an extra 10-15 oz per day to build up my freezer stash, and still feed LO plenty. She is thriving and gaining weight.
