Take 2 cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts and shred them with a fork. Combine shredded chicken with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2cup of Franks Wings Sauce (in hot sauce section). Then take wonton wrapper wet the edge all the way around. Add a 2tbsp of mixture to center of wrapper and seal the edge with fingers. Fry in veggie oil until light brown. Sauce: Simmer 1/4 cup heavy cream add 1/2c crumbled gorgonzola and simmer until thick (you may want to add more gorg if you want it thicker)</p> <p>This will make enough for a whole party. If you want to just make them for the fam 1 chicken breast will do. People flock to our house for these things.
