We've never had a problem getting in anywhere with it as long as we have the boys with us. If security ever asks, we just say it's a diaper bag and show the contents. The thing I love about it is that it can free up your hands entirely and you don't have to worry about it sliding off your shoulder, either. I have another friend that switched at 1 to a backpack from a diaper bag and she loves it. I only get approached at Costco before going in as a warning that my bag will be checked upon leaving. Sometimes they check but it's rare. No problems at museums or stores. Love using a backpack! You don't have to worry about trying to keep it on your shoulder. It's got lots of cool storage, and I can totally see it being great for LO's stuff. I've been having a hard time actually finding a diaper bag I like that's affordable, and I'm thinking this could be a good solution.</p> <p>My only concern is if it's going to be a problem when we're out and about this summer. DS and I are always active, going to museums and everything in the summer, and I know backpacks are some times frowned upon in places. Have you had any issues like that with it? Or, will most people see a harmless mom with a 6 year old and a newborn that needs to carry everyone's things? </p>
