@travellingbee: @blackbird: @Bea:
Ok ladies I need some help, I just went to th toilet and sorry if tmi but I had a very very light blood like a drop or 2 when I wiped. I never spot! If I do spot it's a lot more than what I just witnessed. I will wait and see if I get full flow tomorrow bc if it's my period starting I will always get a full flow especially the second day.
Now I'm just thinking back. If I O a week late bc of clomid bc I remember having cm cd19 and cd20 left side o pain on that would make me 7-8dpo is it possible it could be implantation bleeding?? Your thoughts ladies. .? Would love some insight.

@Crystal: That's funny but I'm sure s/he knows your body better than me! THis is what I was basing my comment on: From http://www.advancedfertility.com/clomid-treatment.htm

How long does it take to ovulate using Clomid?
On the average ovulation occurs about 7-10 days after completing a course of Clomid pills. This varies quite a bit, depending on whether the woman ovulates regularly on her own or not.
Some women will ovulate before seven days after the last Clomid tablet and some that have very irregular cycles will ovulate much later - as late as two or three weeks after the last clomiphene tablet.

@Crystal: just to give you an idea. Your cycle sounds like mine. I was O'ing around day 17-19 and I took clomid to bring it up to day 13-14

I took it day 3-7 though. I only used it for one cycle before switching to something else.

@Emilia80: usually you will O 7-10 days after your last pill, which for me is later than normal, since I ususlly O on cd 13/14.
@Crystal: if you normally O later than that, it will obviously end up being earlier than normal.

@Crystal: yeah I was also under the impression it would make me O earlier too so I was using opk everyday once AF stopped for about a week and it didn't happen. I went on holidays with the thought that it would obv hapoen whilst away that week as my normal o date but now not sure if that happened either.
I would highly suggest using OPK's just to be sure.

@Emilia80: Correct. Started Clomid our 16th or 17th cycle and almost all previous cycles I Oed on day 14. Both rounds of Clomid I Oed on day 14 the same as always. It just lengthened my LP. My usual LP was 8-9 days and the first round it lengthened to 11 days.

I only did two rounds of clomid. First round, it extended mine from 22-23ish day cycle to 25 days. I ovulated day 14 as I always had. Second round, I ovulated day 14 and got pregnant. Didn't test until day 30 because I didn't want to get my hopes up since it had lengthened my LP the previous cycle. Good luck!

I am currently in the TWW and AF is due today. This cycle was my first month trying clomid ( my cycles are always on point, 26 day cycle, with a 12 day Lp).
My question is does clomid extend cycles? Lengthen the LP? I don't have any HPT to test and I would dash out to the shop to buy more but I don't wana disappoint myself with a bfn, so would rather wait it out. Thought maybe I should allow 2 more days for AF to show.
I did take a test at what I think was either 10 or 11 dpo but was stark white bfn.
Just looking to hear stories of those taking clomid whose cycles were extended bc of it.
