Well it turns out that they absolutely love candy canes! But heaven forbid that the candy cane is broken... for some mysterious reason, that's the end of the world!</p> <p>I figure that it must be some weird thing that kids do sometimes, because I've seen a number of other parents mention it. Olive vastly prefers a whole cookie over a half cookie... it's ridiculous though because she rarely finishes the cookie in the first place! So you just end up wasting half a cookie. Oh well, I guess that's my job as her dad to finish that cookie for her.</p> <p>Does it bother your kids when candy or cookies are broken? </p>
