It's like a tapping sensation inside of me. You know when your heart is racing so hard you feel it thumping? It's almost like that but between my belly button and crotch. Last time, I felt the butterflies feeling around 14 weeks, even with an anterior placenta....and that grew to be major thumps and bumps and eventually I could even feel her hiccups.</p> <p>This time, I already feel occasional movement at only 12 weeks and it's unmistakable to me. It's not the butterflies feeling but it just feels exactly like a tin object moving around in there (all localized in one place). I am nearly 19 weeks and have been reading up on what early baby movementioned feels like since this is my first. Most people describe it as butterflies or gas bubbles but sometimes I feel like someone is running a finger *very, very* lightly back and forth like tickling and I have the urge to scratch it. It only lasts for a few seconds. I only feel it on the sides of my bump but maybe that's because I have an anterior placenta. Does this sound familiar to anyone or could it be something else? </p>
