<description>&#60;p&#62;I am terrible at this… it takes me forever to learn a new workout. Once I've done it for a while though, it becomes part of my muscle memory and then I have no problems keeping up.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I was the same way with the piano, so I think it just takes me longer to learn physical movements.  Wish I could pick things up faster though!&#60;/p&#62;
