She brings it in the car everywhere and we buckle it in to her carseat when we leave it. I would wash it a couple times a week. She doesn't get to bring them into the classroom. None of the other kids bring theirs into the classroom either so it's fine. If he's having a rough morning he wants to take it with him, and we let him with the understanding that Fox has to stay in his cubby until the end of the day. Initially we had the "one for home and one for school" system, but then she started wanting to bring different ones each day. So there was no possibility of her being able to nap with it at daycare, so it stayed home and always has.
