It broke his heart (and mine, too!)! I was terrified of what would happen post-arrival of DD2, but surprisingly, she and DH are slowly turning into best buddies, though if she had a choice, she would still pick me. DH now puts her down every single night and that has really helped their relationship. In addition, she has quickly learned that daddy takes her fun places and they get fun stuff like pizza! and ice-cream! Saturday mornings are their dates and really, they both have a blast. I love it, DH loves it as well! (He's 25 mo now). But not by THAT much so he's content/happy with daddy almost all the time. Just cries for me when he's hurt or upset but daddy is able to calm and comfort him too if I'm busy or don't want to lol.</p> <p>As for the baby girl.. Prob me be I am her source of food?? But I dont really know lol! I'd looove it if she turned out to be daddy's girl! But we recently went on a family trip where I couldn't do much so LO and DH did pretty much everything together for an entire week. She went through some crazy bad sleep towards the end of my pregnancy and would just scream if DH went in to her, she would only be calmed by me. And the transition to having a baby sister was pretty hard, but she at least took t out on me not the baby. She's also getting a lot better with daddy, she just prefers me. He's nearly 4 now and, since my daughter was born 5 months ago, he only wants my husband. It's more recently that I've been able to devote more time with him that he's been wanting me more. Just before LO2 was born and a few months after, I was just to big and tired to be able to play with him the way he wanted me to. Now that I'm back to my old self, I can chase after him and play. I was also recently away for work, and all he wanted to do was spend time with me when I got back.
