I hadn't thought about going off dairy while pregnant! Such a great idea.

I'm not taking the chance so I am going off dairy and soy in the next month and staying that way until it is 6 months old. MSPI was miserable for us and if I can avoid it I will. I know I can do it.

Hard to know. My younger daughter is adopted, but my friends with MSPI kids usually only have one.

If one of your children had MSPI, did their siblings also have it? DS had a pretty rough time with MSPI and didn't outgrow it until he was almost a year old. I'm dreading the thought of having to do a diary and soy free diet for any of his future siblings!
