I give her them every day in the winter. He said he only has parents give them to babies born in the winter (summer babies get enough sunlight and don't need to supplement in his opinion). I just put a drop on my nipple before I feed her. You can put it on a pacifier as well. Even though the label says for kids and not babies, it's the same thing, just minus a special dropper. I'm getting lost in the information jungle online and would appreciate your experience, did you supplement or not?</p> <p>DS is approaching 6 months and EBF but we have started introducing tasters of fruits and veggies. He refuses to drink formula and I don't see that changing any time soon. </p>
