Then sure enough I got my period today. Really puts me in the mood. NOT. </p> <p>I get pretty big cysts after ovulation - shown by early pregnancy ultrasound. It was thanksgiving and I ended up laying down most of the day with a heating pad. It didn't hurt if I was laying down, but as soon as I stood up it was like my ovary felt exceptionally heavy and painful. </p> <p>You might want to stay away from ibuprofen and try tyelenol instead. NSAIDs work by decreasing swelling in your body and well, ovulation is basically swelling so you're working against it. </p> <p>But I opened the thread because the "crappiest" thing about O for me is my moods. I get INCREDIBLY irritable. Which seems so wrong.
