I used to experience that 'can't get full' feeling, and I eventually recognized that for me, it meant that I needed some specific nutrient (fat or protein), and what I was eating wasn't providing it. Figuring out that little piece is what really helped me to lose weight before I got pregnant, and I think it's really helping me eat well this time.

Through phases, some days I can't get full (today) other days I force myself to eat to feed my baby (Monday.)

I've always been one that has bouts of major hunger during pregnancy. It's not constant though. But sometimes I get so hungry I feel like I might pass out if I don't get food RIGHT NOW.

I am 32w and can count on one hand the times I have been really really hungry. I was sick for the first 17w and have never really gained my appetite back all the way. I do get really tired sometimes and I think that's the baby taking what they need. Sometimes I wish I wanted to eat more.

I am almost never hungry and I'm 26 weeks. Didn't eat much with my first either. My midwives look at me like I'm crazy but I wasn't much of an eater before pregnancy

I ranged from not being hungry to wanting to vomit at the mere thought of food.

With LO, I don't remember being as hungry as I am right now. I just finished off two cuties and am still hungry. This is after having some pizza for lunch. This pregnancy is making me hungry.

I go through phases, sometimes I feel insatiable and sometimes I feel full from the day before. I'd say that not feeling ravenous is a good thing, that you are consuming what you and baby need!

Pregnancy just doesn't make me very hungry, and I'm wondering if I'm unusual. With my first, I'd go through periods of really ravenous hunger, but that was usual because my body wanted more fat. I ate a terrible diet and still only gained 12 pounds with that pregnancy. I had mild but persistent nausea my whole first pregnancy, so that didn't help.

This time, I get way more healthy fat, and I have yet to experience the crazy hungry. Am I weird? Is everyone else starving to death? I'm only 11 weeks now, but it was like this for me the whole time my last time.
