I usually only have one cup of coffee in the morning, but it was the only thing that helped. </p> <p>@mrswin: I've been chugging water this afternoon, which has helped a little. I've also been abut nauseous and am wondering if my progesterone dosage is too high. </p> <p>@MrsKRB: thanks! I've definitely been better about water today. I've had terrible headaches the past two afternoons. Tr only thing I can think of is possibly from the progesterone. I don't want to consult dr google for obvious reasons. </p>
