@AutumnLove: @ChopSuey119: If LO would drop a night feeding, I would try to pump then. But even at 4.5 months, she is still waking every 3 hours or so (after her initial 4 hour stretch of sleep) to feed.

@MsLipGloss: That was my middle of the night session. The daytime sessions were much less!

Not sleeping, stress, not eating much and not drinking enough water affects my supply!
I usually get 4-6 ounces during a 15 min session (every 3 hours). I get more in the middle of the night though.

@AutumnLove: I am jealous of your output! During a 25 min session, I usually only average 5 ounces.

YES, I was really upset about about my Dad's health and I pumped 0 ounces during a 25 minute pump session. :-( I usually pumped 8-10 ounces at that time!

*Augh* It took me 2.5 pumping sessions today to get 9 ounces . . . yesterday I easily pumped 11 ounces in 2 sessions. Today, I was nervous about I filing that I needed to do, and I am really anxious about work events next week. Anyone else notice a decline in their supply when they are more stressed than normal?
