Ugh, that's what I was kind of afraid of. I'm glad, at least, to know that it is normal for it to take so long. I keep hearing moms say that once the tooth broke through, it came in completely in a couple of days, so I was concerned since my LO's broke through weeks ago. Yikes.

@ellewoods84: Boooo teeth. Hope you guys get them in soon too. I feel so sad for him when he wakes up screaming -- it is super not like him.

My LO's took forever. Teeth are horrible. But, the first ones do seem to be especially bad. I think because it's new - LO doesn't know what's going on, you keep thinking it's almost over, just to find out you are wrong. I hate teething.

Most of DS' teeth came in fairly quickly. We didn't even know he was teething with his first bottom teeth. The only ones we really did notice beforehand were his front four teeth and his canines, which came in all at once and very very slowly...

My LO has been cutting his first two teeth for more than two weeks now...The second one has finally popped through a little bit, but the first one has barely budged in the past two weeks. The top looks like it's fully through, but the tooth is nowhere close to being completely in.

He's miserable; I'm miserable. I've been giving him motrin/tylenol for the pain, we're doing frozen things, teethers, etc, so we're coping (sort of).

But do teeth really take this long to come in every time? Ah. I'm losing it over here.
