We have it on Thanksgiving, Christmas and sometimes Easter. Easter, Thanksgiving & Christmas. I do host a Christmas party for my husbands company and usually do a roast with a lot of the same side dishes though. So... 4 times. I put the lid on, cover the entire tip with foil & let it cook for about 8 hours. I usually make turkey noodle soup from it and have the turkey breast with regular sides. I think I've noticed this year that I love Thanksgiving dinner.
