I have not noticed my Moby stretching out but I also never used it past when LO turned a few months old so maybe that's why?

@MrsBrewer: Technically it is safe to wear until 35 lbs, but that doesn't mean it's comfortable for that long. I stopped using the Moby when DD was about 3 months old. After that point, we enjoyed a SSC or mei tai much much more.

It says on the tag it's good up to 35 lbs supposedly.

I couldn't use my moby past 15 lbs because it would stretch out so quickly. Stunk because my girls were 15lbs at 8 weeks.

I borrowed two different moby wraps when C was a baby. The black one was nice and tight. The blue one stretched out so fast even on a newborn. It was weird. I also think 20 lbs is pretty heavy for a moby.

I brought out my Moby again, and I really only used it during the newborn days. But I left my Ergo in DH's car! Boo!

I'm doing the hip carry with my 6.5 month, 20 lb LO. Ummm why is it stretching out so quickly?! Is it because it's cheap material?
