Does it move around or is it hard to move? My dr. said when they're clogged they don't move freely under your fingers. That's how my boob felt yesterday! :( Mine didn't hurt at first but as the day progressed when I wasn't getting it unplugged it started to hurt.</p> <p>heat, massage, and nurse/pump lots!
