She might have allergies with the change in seasons or she could be teething. It's (unfortunately) always a guessing game with babies. Be careful with the inclined mattress. She's also been sneezing more and sounds congested. She sounds like she's growling at us a lot of the time when she would normally be "talking" to us.</p> <p>Her appetite is the same although she's spitting up more and she has no fever. She's not giggling as much but she's still smiling a lot.</p> <p>Does this sound like a cold? We've been using saline and were going to try the humidifier tonight. Her mattress is also raised at an incline already. Any other suggestions on how to make her more comfortable? </p>
