The growling seems to have stopped but she's now starting to cough a bit (nothing horrible, just sounds like she's clearing stuff out). Hopefully this is the tail end of whatever it is!

@BabyBoecksMom: Her nose is more visibly congested now than it was earlier. I had thought of teething too but yeah, I'm not sure. We're just hoping she feels better soon!

If she had a cold, you would likely see the drippy nose by now. She might have allergies with the change in seasons or she could be teething. It's (unfortunately) always a guessing game with babies. Hopefully it passes quickly.

Nose frieda and humidifier really helped my 4.5 month old when she was congested. Be careful with the inclined mattress. I don't think that's really recommended because it doesn't have much of an impact and can cause the baby to get wedged between the mattress and crib.

LO has been very clingy lately and her sleep has become horrible (after improving).

She wakes up pretty frequently when in her pack n play and can only sleep longer than an hour at a time if she's sleeping beside or on one of us. She's also been sneezing more and sounds congested. She sounds like she's growling at us a lot of the time when she would normally be "talking" to us.

Her appetite is the same although she's spitting up more and she has no fever. She's not giggling as much but she's still smiling a lot.

Does this sound like a cold? We've been using saline and were going to try the humidifier tonight. Her mattress is also raised at an incline already. Any other suggestions on how to make her more comfortable?
