I think that would be considered irritation. But the lo I nanny has this reaction to eggs and peanut butter and the doctor said it was an allergy. It doesn't taste too spicy so I let LO have some yesterday afternoon. All around his mouth got a little red, but he didn't have any other symptoms and seemed to really like the soup. </p> <p>Does this sound like an allergy symptom or just irritation from having it all over his face? </p>
