Our menu looked fairly similar to yours (well, minus the salad your mom is making!) although we also had baked beans.</p> <p>I agree about maybe one more drink choice. You know your crows better than us obviously, but here it would be weird to have a birthday party without pop. Although I'm completely biased because I don't like coffee, tea, or alcohol. I usually also put out hummus if I have tortillas and veggies because a lot of people like it. And sometimes cheese and crackers but you have a lot so I don't think it's necessary! I don't really throw parties often and I'm probably overthinking (in fact, I'll go out on a limb and say I definitely am). </p> <p>And yet for some reason I'll feel better if the internet tells me my plan is okay lol. </p> <p>There will be 25(ish) adults and a few kids. The loose theme is dogs... hence hot dog bar and puppy chow. So this is the menu: </p> <p>Hot dogs and Chicken sausage<br /> Topping bar: ketchup/mustard/relish, chili, shredded cheese, grilled peppers/onions, cheese sauce, french's onions </p> <p>Potato chips, tortilla chips, salsa and guac</p> <p>Veggies and dip</p> <p>Watermelon</p> <p>Pasta salad</p> <p>Quinoa salad (one of these things is not like the other.... lol I dunno.. my mom wants to bring it so I said cool). </p> <p>Desserts: Puppy chow and chocolate cupcakes with strawberry icing</p> <p>Drinks: water, unsweet tea with simple syrup to sweeten, champagne punch, beer, coffee</p> <p>Does that sound like enough variety? I feel sort of weird just serving hot dogs/sausage but 1) it meets the theme and 2) we're trying to keep costs down a bit and this is a pretty cheap option :) </p>
