@chopsuey119: Ah, but the question is, how many women are hiding their sags behind Victoria's Secret? :P

I think it depends on the person/boobs. Before my lo they were small and perky and I never wore a bra. Id find sundresses that I could just go without. But now after lo they're huge, and even though I do always wear a bra, still saggy.

@MsLipGloss: That was my impression!

Skin is elastic by nature, but pull enough and it'll sag - including the skin that is holding up the girls. Wearing a bra won't prevent sagging completely, but it'll definitely delay the process!

At a minimum I wear a cami with a built in, usually I wear a real bra. Hell, now I even wear sleep bras since I need something to put my nursing pads in or else I'd leak EVERYWHERE! haha

I think bras definitely help prevent sagging.. Have you seen the breasts of women in Africa who live topless?

I think bras help to delay the sagging/aging process some, but ultimately, gravity and loss of elasticity take their toll no matter what you do (absent surgical intervention). So, if for no other reason that to delay the inevitable, I routinely wear a bra. :P

Not true. Bras can't reverse aging, gravity, or the loosening of ligaments. They just make the girls look perkier!

Someone was telling me the other day that if you don't wear a bra enough, your boobs will sag as a result because of lack of support, especially when you are breastfeeding because of the extra weight. This was news to me - I have always had small boobs, so I never even thought about it. Is this true? Should I start wearing bras at all waking hours? I usually just take it off if I'm at home by myself or with my husband.
