<description>&#60;p&#62;I've heard that having the AC/Heater on, or extra blankets, can push your temp up a little, as PP said, maybe .2 degrees.  It shouldn't have too much of an effect, even if it pushes you slightly over your coverline, the next day it would probably place you back under.
