If it is in the AM then, yes.&#60;br /&#62;
Any workouts after dinner exhaust me to the point of going to bed at 8pm. At that point: it's exhaustion from my long day plus- my workout.

<description>&#60;p&#62;It definitely increases mine! I think it's because I work out early in the morning though so when I get home I&#34;m up and ready to be productive. On days that I don't work out I stay in bed until the kids wake up and get nothing done.

<description>&#60;p&#62;My productivity has taken a massive nosedive since I started working out!  Everyone says you get more energy at some point, but that hasn't kicked in yet... mostly I just spend the 6 hours immediately after a workout thinking, &#34;I'm so tired!!&#34;&#60;/p&#62;
