We are bilingual and she's definitely on the slower side when it comes to language. </p> <p>There are times when she will still babble and say a lot of gibberish. It's usually when she is "talking" on the phone to the grandparents or telling me about her day or reading a book. Is this normal? When do toddlers typically stop babbling and only use real, actual words? </p>
