He wasn't getting enough sleep overall when he did nap. He adjusted well. At first we had some problems with him towards the end of the day. She takes a solid 2 hour nap every day at daycare, but is generally a real bear about naps on the weekends when we are home. She will sleep in the car easily, but fights naps at home. Now his nap is either super late and when he does nap he binge naps. I have no way to predict what he is going to do. In the past week (i.e. since last Sunday), he has taken exactly ONE crib nap and two car naps. He acts like he still needs a nap so I don't know why he resists so much.</p> <p>Does your 2.5+ year old still nap? </p>
