So he can't decide if he wants to laugh because mommy is silly/funny or cry because he's in pain. She also has a certain smile that always gives way to crying. She doesn't cry much, but cried even less her first few months. That smile was one of our few cues that a meltdown was imminent. We laugh that he doesn't ever know if he is happy or sad. DD does it but DS does it much more often.
