I'm 19 weeks tomorrow, have an anterior placenta (which I assumed meant I wouldn't feel him for a while...) and I've been feeling movements throughout the day every day since about halfway through week 17. Just a few minutes ago I had my arm resting on my stomach and he spent about 10 minutes trying to kick it off, haha. The side jabs are the most painful. Actually just had a little scare at my last appointment because baby wasn't moving as usual, so they sent me to the hospital for a NST. But I do remember that with LO.... the kicks when from cute to painful. From the outside (bare belly) it looks like an alien is trying to punch itself out from my stomach. Freaks me out.
