My LO is 5 months this Sunday and sometimes she cries....but she always soothes herself and passes out once I get the Sleep Sheep going on the rain sounds! I think it's okay if they cry a little bit, as long as they can pacify themselves.

At 2 years my LO always cries for a few minutes but its not the heart piercing cries it used to be! It's whimpering and calling for me to come back.

We sleep trained about five weeks ago when DS was 5.5 months. It was successful, save for a few hiccups with travel and a cold. But sometimes when I put him down for bed he'll cry for 5-15 minutes. Does this happen to others as well or have we not successfully sleep trained?
