And I think I may have the same ability to listen to my body. Most recently, I wake up and I can TELL that my temp spiked - I'm not charting, but I know. Add in mittelschmerz and CM, and my body lets me know in no uncertain terms when I'm fertile/ovulating.</p> <p>So I want to know if that's the norm... Does your body communicate clearly, a small amount, or not at all? </p>
