I was worried everyone's kids were like wiping experts already. :silly: I still struggle with letting him do things for himself since he's totally cool with me doing everything, but I'm trying harder lately to encourage independence on things like personal hygiene. But the thought of him not wiping well gives me the heaves. As much as I'm happy to see that she's independent, it freaks me out a little, so we try to help her out at home (whenever she lets us). She can be really adamant about doing it by herself and whenever that happens, I talk her into a having a bath right after. I think she does a fine job with pee but I have to wipe her afterwards with poop. Just interested since DS just turned 4 and I'm going to try and get him to start helping this summer. They'll still wipe in VPK next year, but I know they really try to get them to start handling it since they don't wipe in Kindergarten. I'm trying to figure out the best way to teach him. We already used flushable wipes.
