After lots of use and heating/sterilizing, they begin to break down. We have been using plastic so far, but I haven't given him more than one every few days because I EBF. I am now going back to work and know I will be washing them and sterilizing them daily. So I'm wondering if glass might be a better option. They have to pour their own water into their own glasses and clean up any messes on their own. It's been great for building personal confidence and situational awareness.</p> <p>In our classroom there was 1 broken glass all year last year!
